WELCOME TO THE MOHAHVE HISTORICAL SOCIETY WEB SITE

Hesperia circa 1900

The MHS is a group of people dedicated to learning about and preserving our local history. We truly range in age from 8 to 80+.

Anyone interested in history may become a member.

We meet on the fourth Thursday of the month, except July & August which are our summer break and November when we meet on the third Thursday due to Thanksgiving.

The field trips can be a one day trip or as long as three days and are on the weekend following the general meeting.

We try to have a monthly field trip that corresponds to the general meeting subject. Our general meetings are held at the Victor Valley Museum, 11873 Apple Valley Rd., on the fourth Thursday of the month. The meetings begin at 7:00 PM and last about 90 minutes. Refreshments are provided after the meeting.
